Desoto Estates was fully allocated to a local builder who will bring quality family homes to the area while preserving its quiet, spacious charm. During development, sewer and water infrastructure was brought directly into the community. Additionally, graded house pads will be delivered to the builder, ensuring a smooth construction process. We're pleased to share that Desoto Estates is now completely sold out. We were privileged to have spent a year in thoughtful discussions with Mr. Hall, the previous landowner. Getting to know him and his family was a true honor, as was earning his trust and business.
